Michael J. Packham

Michael was born in Twin Falls, Idaho, and raised in Utah and Iowa. His passion for the law began after the loss of his father when a family friend (an attorney) helped his mother regain stability during a difficult time. That experience revealed the powerful role attorneys can play in protecting and empowering individuals. 

Michael believes deeply in the importance of individual rights and liberties. His calm, strategic approach allows him to guide clients through emotionally charged legal challenges with clarity and confidence. While attending law school, he interned with the Committee for Public Counsel Services in Massachusetts, where he represented low-income clients facing criminal charges, an experience that reinforced his belief in the right to a zealous advocate. Now practicing in Utah, Michael focuses on family law, criminal defense, and related areas where personal freedom and well-being are often at stake. He is committed to ensuring that every client has a strong voice and a fair opportunity under the law.
