Utah trooper may have unjustly made DUI arrests

A Utah Highway Patrol trooper was honored as trooper of the year in 2007 based upon her DUI arrest record. That record has recently been called into question. It turns out that the trooper may have unjustifiably arrested numerous drivers for DUI without any credible proof they were impaired.

Utah divorce could include deciding who gets to keep the dog

In recent years, however, there has been a notable increase in dog custody cases across the U.S., according to a survey by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

Utah driver charged with DUI, evading police in Summit County

Around 1 a.m. on Oct. 27, the Utah Highway Patrol received a call about a vehicle driving the wrong way on Interstate 80. When troopers found the vehicle, a chase ensued. By the time the incident was over, the driver of the pickup truck was in custody for DUI and evading police.
